01The plant

Sovereign compute, containerized.

Not a leased rack in someone else's cloud. Ten military-grade, EMP-shielded enclosures — direct-to-chip dielectric cooling, zero water — that we own and operate, engineered to relocate and resell as AI/HPC infrastructure. Schematic shown is the Phase 1 design.

Engineered to run independent of the grid.

An 8.78-acre parcel under diligence — location withheld. Engineered for on-site gas turbine generation, dual fiber, and a hardened perimeter: ten containers, two rows, one service spine. Designed to run off-grid — independent of the grid's worst day. Figures are indicative and pre-construction.
